My track 'composita solvantur' is completely based upon that unique .aiff pulse sample I found in the 'Klanghausen drop box' when I've noticed there was a new list project going on. I've subscribed again to the microsound list after a hard period of work (which lasted from May to mid-August) just a couple of days ago so I've surely missed some explanations about this project... but after all I decided to contribute as well: this track represents my first piece of music since a long time. To realise it, basically, I've put 'impulse.aiff' into my sampler and started to work on it in order to obtain a soundbank to be played via midi controllers... that's it. I borrowed the title of this track from a book by an italian poet I love, Franco Fortini. This two words relate to a vision of art and life I'm particularly close to, these days. Hope you like the track... davide valecchi (aal) dicomano, firenze, italia http://aal.vze.com http://www.ixem.it/ http://sagitarecordings.vze.com
